Toolies Benchtops & DoorsAbout usToolies Benchtops & Doors is an Australian owned company based in Brisbane specialising in supplying timber for domestic, residential and commercial projects. John Toole, the founder of Toolies Benchtops and Doors has worked in the industry since 1979 when he joined the family business, Springwood Beams in 1979. In 1984 John and his wife Sue bought the business from John's parents and continued to run it from Marsden until they merged with DGI in 1997. Twenty two years later they decided to close the Brisbane factory and concentrate on marketing benchtops and doors through 'Toolies Benchtops and Doors'. Major work completed over the years has been for the Comsley Hotel, Paddo Pub, Hilton Hotel, Gonwana land Southbank, Brisbane. Forestlake Tavern along with many customised residentail property projects. Presently Toolies has work for the Supreme Court underway and will post photos on this website when complete. |
